1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you, the user, and j08. The agreement applies to all activities carried out on the platform, including browsing, account registration, deposits, gameplay, promotions, and withdrawals. Your continued use of j08 following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the j08 platform and, if applicable, close your account. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. j08 will endeavour to notify registered users of significant changes via email or an on-platform notice.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use j08, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. Failure to meet any one criterion renders your account liable to immediate suspension:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register personal accounts for wagering purposes.
• You must register only one account per household. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable personal information during registration and at any point when requested by j08 for KYC verification.

j08 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide such documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction, suspension, or permanent closure without liability to j08.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you create a j08 account, you take on full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. j08 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account. The following rules govern account security:

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• You must notify j08 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited. Account sharing will result in immediate suspension.
• j08 uses SSL encryption to protect your data in transit. You are responsible for securing the device and network from which you access your account.

j08 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requesting certified copies of identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Cooperation with such requests is a condition of continued access to the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

j08 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following conditions:

The following deposit and withdrawal policies apply to all registered users of j08:

• Deposits are credited to your account in real time in most cases. Delays caused by payment processors or banking systems are outside j08's control.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the platform, subject to successful KYC verification and no outstanding compliance holds.
• Withdrawals will only be issued to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or a verified account held in the same name as your j08 account.
• j08 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum transaction limits, which may vary by payment method and user account tier.

All deposits must come from a legitimate source. j08 operates a zero-tolerance policy against money laundering and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Any funds identified as proceeds of unlawful activity will be forfeited immediately.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

j08 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players only. A player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once per lifetime.
• Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) as specified per promotion, which must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• j08 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will not be retroactively affected unless fraud or abuse is detected.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j08 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud, cheating, or use of software exploits, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, structuring, or any attempt to conceal the origin of funds deposited on the platform.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, including match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account, including any attempt at social engineering or phishing targeting j08 staff or other players.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

j08 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

In the event of account termination for cause, j08 may withhold any pending balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that the account holder has breached these terms, all balances may be forfeited. You have the right to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting j08 support. Upon voluntary closure, any eligible withdrawal balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the j08 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, and the overall site design and layout, is the exclusive intellectual property of j08 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the j08 platform without the express written consent of j08. Any unauthorised use of j08 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j08 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the j08 platform or its services.

j08 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that the platform will be free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to j08. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By using j08, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. j08 processes personal data lawfully and implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

12. Amendments to These Terms

j08 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to registered users by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document as the Effective Date.

Continuing to use the j08 platform after the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the revised terms take effect.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming and international commercial practice. In the event of a dispute between you and j08, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to reach an amicable resolution. j08 is committed to responding to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to treating all disputes with fairness and transparency. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with standard international commercial arbitration procedures.
